"Behold Emmanuel,” an Advent single from Catherine Feeny, is out now!
Inspired by the prophecies of Isaiah, the song describes the tension of the Israelites, as they wait for a savior through trial and trauma. In it we also sense the yearning of present-day believers awaiting His return. The idea that He is fully present with us, and yet His light is not yet fully expressed in our world permeates the first verses of the song.
